SB 427 Harman: California Environmental Quality Act: short form environmental impact reports: Authorizes a lead agency to prepare a short form environmental impact report for a project subject to CEQA. |
SB 494 Kehoe & Perata: Vehicular air pollution control clean alternative fuels: Would require that by 2015 a certain percentage of new passenger and light duty vehicles be clean alternative vehicles and that by 2020 one half of all new passenger vehicles and light duty trucks be clean alternative vehicles. |
SB 876 Calderon: Heavy-duty motor vehicles: retrofit and replacement: small business: Requires the state board to consider the impact on small business owners of vehicle replacement and retrofit requirements when establishing in-use emission standards and regulations for heavy-duty motor vehicles in private fleets. |
